Joe Rittenhouse

Co-CEO

Joe started in the telecom industry as a Lucent and Nortel engineer in the 90s and later acquired his father-in-law’s telecom refurbishing business in 2001. He likes to say that he graduated from “the school of hard knocks” since all his IT expertise came from hands-on learning. Joe has been married to his wife Sarah for over 21 years and is a father of four awesome kids. He also loves snowboarding, DN ice sailing, hiking, and taking in as many concerts as possible each year.

Eric Peterson

Co-CEO

For over 25 years, Eric has been solving IT problems and ensuring businesses use their data and communication technologies to their fullest potential. He has a BS in Information Systems, refers to himself as a “doer guy who does stuff and gets stuff done,” and continuously innovates new ways to tackle IT challenges. Eric also loves hockey and is a die-hard Chicago Blackhawks fan, plus whatever team his son is currently playing on.

Amy Roman

Chief Revenue Officer

Amy has used her extensive experience in sales and marketing to drive growth at everything from global healthcare corporations to technology startups. Her secret to success is always to do the right thing for the customer, even when that means broaching the tough conversations and paving the way for team success by providing tools and removing obstacles. Amy enjoys everything from tennis to weightlifting to snowboarding and, most of all, spending time with her two teen boys.

Felicia Husfeldt, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Felicia obtained her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and joined Converged in 2016 as a part-time bookkeeper and dazzled us with her financial brilliance. Now in a leadership role, her drive extends well beyond the workplace. She has a passion for activism, especially concerning animals, and is a proud vegan.

Chris Frey

Vice President, Solution Architects 

Chris has been a leader with unified communications and contact centers for 14 years. He holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Economics and Political Science. In his personal life, Chris enjoys hiking, biking and getting away to the Eagle River, WI area. 

Ryan Cayton

Director of Information Technology

Ryan has been in the IT and communications industry his entire career, starting with the United States Airforce. He’s a married father of two who’s passionate about auto mechanics and his collections of skateboards, Hot Wheels and rocks & minerals.

James Hamlin

Advanced VoIP Engineer

James is a 24-year veteran engineer with extensive experience in high-end Mitel tech support, engineering and analytics. He’s a die-hard Tampa Bay sports fan plus enjoys kayaking, smoking meats and hanging out with his 190-pound Mastiff named Pickles.

Jill Rife, PMP

Director of Projects and TAMs

Jill boasts a long career in telecommunications, with a BS in Marketing and extensive experience in implementation and project management. On any given day, you’ll find her reading a good book, listening to music and enjoying Arizona with her husband, two children and dogs.

Mark Johnson

Enterprise Consultant

Mark got his start in sales working for MTV. Since then, he’s found a passion for leading clients to better ways to communicate, which he has exceled at for the past 20 years. When he’s not out searching for Sasquatch, Mark enjoys skiing, playing bass, mountain biking and spending time with his family.

Scott Dressel

Enterprise Consultant

Scott has a BS in Business Administration and has worked in technology sales for over 25 years, growing a previous employer to a $3 million-dollar annual division. He and his wife are avid runners and have competed in many 5k's, 12k's, and full marathons. On more relaxed days, you will find him restoring his classic truck or boating.

Samantha Owens

Samantha is a talented executive administrator with UC experience dating back to Corvisa (now ShoreTel/Mitel). She’s a Milwaukee native that graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Sociology. Samantha is also a lover of watermelon and weekend trips to Starbucks with her young daughter.

Brittany Perry

Enterprise Administrator

Brittany has been a talented professional administrator for the past 12 years and a proud native of Northern Virginia. She's a happily married mother of four that's embraced the farm life and getting away to the mountains. Brittany's secret superpower is classical piano, although she also makes quite a fantastic sourdough.

Eric has 15 years in the telecommunications industry working as a communication technician, instructor, and trainer. He holds a Master's Degree in Networking and Information Security, plus a few self-proclaimed specializations in nap analysis, ‘impromtuism,’ and magic.

Brett Spring

Implementation Manager

Brett is a 25+ year veteran with deep experience on ShoreTel, Mitel, and modern communications platforms. He’s a proud father of four from Central Illinois who's a massive race fan that loves attending Road America events. Brett also believes that 'everything is better smoked' on his Traeger smoker.

Trevor Robbins

Advanced Technical Account Manager

Trevor has been a stand-out IT business leader for the past 17 years and met us back in 2020 when his previous employer migrated to RingCentral. He’s been married for 10 years and has a huge passion for Vancouver Canucks hockey. As a former goalie himself, Trevor is born and bred in Madison, Wisconsin where he coaches his son Edwin. 

Monica Garcia

Monica is a 15-year telecommunications veteran with a resume spanning Avaya, Toshiba, and NEC systems. She is also a proud mother of three amazing boys, a husky and two bearded dragons. Monica loves spending family time at the lake fishing and barbecuing, plus rooting for her hometown Los Angeles Dodgers.

Amanda Pindel

Amanda is a ten-year communications veteran with a specialization in high-profile UCaaS implementations. She grew up in Illinois, has a bachelor’s degree in film, and loves nature and architectural photography. Amanda also enjoys trying unique candies from around the world.

Suellen Meyers

Content Editor and Social Media Manager

Suellen specializes in writing narrative-driven digital and social content rooted in the science and art of storytelling, optimizing the brand experience across all customer touch points. Able to spot a typo from a mile away, she holds an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Bay Path University and rearranges her life around the Dodgers TV schedule during baseball season.
