Job Description:
We seek a Sales Administrator who will work alongside our growing Sales team. This integral position will assist our sales reps throughout the sales process, from start to finish. The ideal candidate will thrive in a small team setting while keeping up with the fast-paced sales life cycle.

You'll interact between Marketing, Finance, and our Sales team in scheduling, forecasting, and managing marketing and sales data.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of meetings and presentations
- Pre and post-sale documentation coordination and follow up
- Updating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts in customer CRM (ConnectWise)
- Updating and maintaining accurate contact information in sales CRM (HubSpot)
- Conducting reporting and data analysis on a variety of projects as needed
- Communicating with both internal and external corporate business partners as needed
- Supporting other departments in team meetings, functions, and corporate initiatives
- Arranging travel accommodations, as requested
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to develop and process sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize tasks and use good judgment to ensure processes and tasks are completed with timeliness
- Ability to maintain a calendar for multiple sales reps
- Must be detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
- Must be a self-starter with experience reporting to different management styles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant in a corporate environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, preferred
- CRM experience (HubSpot and ConnectWise) is highly preferred
- EST time zone locale is highly preferred. Ability to work EST hours required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
