Chris Frey: So, now you have, not only administration going home, but you also had to arm teachers with new tools as well, right? So, the teachers before had the phones in classrooms, but teachers didn't have their own number, right?

Annette Harris: That's correct. So, and back to E911, we're required that every classroom has a phone for emergency purposes and that's not really their direct number. And really, a lot of people in the schools don't have direct numbers, neither did the principals or assistant principals, only central office mainly had direct numbers of their own.

So, we had to take a look at that, and teachers had to talk to their students for NTI [Non-Traditional Instruction], and there was a concern that they did not want personal cell phone number going out to students. And then once we did open up RingCentral for them, we had teachers sign up, we had a sign-up process that they could get this, or what they wanted to do.

We also saw parents were going and trying to get a free RingCentral account too, so they could communicate that way. They took it upon themselves. So, that was how we went about doing that Chris, it's been a huge advantage for our teachers.
