Converged Technology Professionals, Inc. announced the addition of a new Marketing Director, Isabel Florence. Florence's extensive marketing background will enable Converged Technology Professionals to move to the next level and grow their revenue, profit and customer satisfaction.
In a previous role, Florence served as Marketing Manager for North and South America. She handled the company's digital, print and event marketing, where she was selected to be a part of the Show Committee for the AMT (Association for Manufacturing Technology) and the IMTS (International Manufacturing Technology Show). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University in Communication Studies.

Florence will be working directly with ShoreTel to deploy marketing campaigns and customer events for Converged Technology Professionals. One of her first projects will be expanding the company's web presence to further invite new business to the company.
