As you may be aware, the Mitel MiVoice Connect system is set to reach its end of life in December 2029. 

Continuing to rely on MiVoice Connect poses significant risks. In a three-part series, we will explore the critical issues you need to be aware of:

1. Microsoft Windows Server Exposure: The Windows Server and patches version cannot supersede the date of your MiVoice Connect version. With no new software releases, do you want to leave your Windows Server environment on a server more than 5 years old? 
2. No Upgradeability for Issues or Enhancements: The lack of upgrade options means you will be stuck with outdated software that cannot adapt to new challenges or integrate with modern systems.
3. Hard to Find Support: As resources are redirected to newer products, finding skilled support for MiVoice Connect will become increasingly difficult, leading to longer resolution times, potential business disruptions and increased costs.
